44. The Evidence Can Respond

The "Backroom Deal" story of how the incumbent Lt. Gov. Cagle abused his power is slowly circulating. I think the key line (in story below) is, 'Cagle declined to respond...' What could he say? The "backroom" was his office. The evidence can respond -- on page 11 of the Congressional Report.
